A: B REWARDED is the Boot Barn® Rewards program where you can earn one point for every dollar you spend at any Boot Barn® retail store location or shopping online at bootbarn.com. Once you have earned 250 Points, you'll receive a $15 credit to use on a future purchase. The best part is, you started earning points right away - you'll get 150 BONUS points for providing your valid email address, phone number, complete mailing address and birthday month.

A: Email is the easiest and fastest way to keep up-to-date on the B REWARDED program. By providing your email address, you’ll receive email notices when you’ve earned points and rewards, and we’ll even alert you when they’re about to expire. You’ll also receive email notices of special offers and promotions, such as a birthday offer if you've given us your birth month too!

Q: HOW DO MEMBERS EARN POINTS?

A: You'll earn one point for each dollar you spend at a Boot Barn retail store location or on bootbarn.com. When using your Boot Barn Credit Card on in-store purchases you'll earn 2 points for each dollar you spend on that transaction.

Q: CAN I EARN POINTS ON PURCHASES I MAKE ON BOOTBARN.COM?

A: Yes! You can earn 1 point for every dollar you spend on your Bootbarn.com orders. Just enter your B REWARDED number at checkout. You can also link your B REWARDED number to your existing Bootbarn.com account, so every time you make a purchase your B REWARDED number is automatically entered. It's that easy.

Q: DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

A:Yes. Points are only valid for 12 months from the date earned. However, if you continue to add points, your earliest points will be valid for 12 months from your most recent points-earning purchase.

Q: WHAT IS A REWARDS CREDIT?

A: A Rewards Credit is a $15 credit that you can apply towards any purchase at one our over 200 Boot Barn® retail store locations nationwide or on bootbarn.com.

Q: HOW CAN I LOOK UP MY POINTS BALANCE?

A: You can look up your point balance and credits by visiting the Check My Balance page and entering your B REWARDED number or email address AND your zip code. You can also find out your balance by calling Customer Service - 1-888-440-2668 or by visiting any retail store location.

Q: HOW DO I EARN REWARDS CREDIT?

A: Once you have earned 250 Points, the B REWARDED program verifies the points and will create a $15 Rewards Credit, available on Wednesdays, for you to use on future purchases.

Q: HOW WILL I KNOW I HAVE A CREDIT?

A:

  • If you have provided your valid email address, you will receive an email alerting that you have a valid Rewards Credit available in your account to use on a merchandise purchase
  • Members can stop by a store location and inquire
  • Members can call a store location and inquire
  • Members can also look up members credit online.

Q: ARE THERE ANY LIMITS TO HOW MANY REWARDS CREDITS I CAN EARN?

A: Yes. Rewards credits have a weekly maximum of $60,000 (1,000,000 points) per week. Any points not converted into rewards credits in one week will remain in your account and, if over 250 points, will be converted to additional rewards credits the following week.

Q: DO I HAVE TO USE ALL OF MY REWARDS CREDIT ON A SINGLE PURCHASE?

A: For in-store purchases, you can select the amount of valid Rewards Credits you want to use on a purchase. For example, if you have $60 in credits but want to use only $25 on a purchase you can do that and still have the remaining $35 credit available on a future purchase prior to expiration.

For online purchases, at this time you must use your entire balance of Rewards credits in one transaction.

Q: WHEN WILL I BE ABLE TO USE MY REWARDS CREDIT?

A: Member accounts are updated every Tuesday night for all transactions made the previous 7 days and are available to use as of Wednesday of each week. For online orders, points will be posted to your account once the complete order has been shipped (usually 24-48 hours.)

A: No. Once a Rewards Credit is older than 60 days from the date it was issued, the credit expires and is removed from your account.

A: You may use Rewards Credit to pay for any merchandise, including sale merchandise, special orders, and layaways; with an exception of gift cards.

Q: CAN I USE THE REWARDS CREDITS TO MAKE PURCHASES ON BOOTBARN.COM?

A: Yes, you may use your Rewards Credits online. There is a Rewards section on the billing section at check-out. At this time for online purchases you must use all rewards credits available in a single transaction.

Q: WHAT HAPPENS TO A REWARDS CREDIT IF I RETURN PRODUCT I USED IT ON?

A: Your rewards credit will be re-applied to your account within 48 hours of us processing the return.

Q: CAN MEMBERS EARN POINTS FOR PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?

A: No. Gift card purchases do not earn points; however, the person who uses the Gift Card on a purchase will receive points for their purchase.

Q: I PURCHASED A GIFT CARD AND MY POINTS BALANCE ON MY PURCHASERECEIPT SHOWS A NEGATIVE NUMBER. WHY?

A: When you purchase a Gift Card the transaction will initially show up as a negative points number on your receipt. This is because Gift Cards do not earn points; the negative balance is temporary. Once a week our system scans for Gift Card purchases and removes the negative balance.

Q: MY POINTS BALANCE IS INCORRECT. WHO DO I CONTACT?

A: You can contact Customer Service at custserv@bootbarn.com or call 1-888-440-2668 for assistance. If you are in or near a retail store location, any store manager can look up your rewards history and assist you in correcting the balance.

Q: HOW CAN I ADD MY EXISTING REWARDS NUMBER TO MY ACCOUNT?

A: To link your rewards program to your account, login to your account, click on the rewards program link and enter your rewards number and click save. You can also save your rewards number during the check-out process. On the billing page, enter your rewards number and click the check box to save this number to your account.
