8 OBITUARIES Ellen Chernow-Niemir, Key Law Case Figure Hicksville Ellen Chernow-Niemir, 34, formerly of Hicksville and Hempstead, a legal secretary and paralegal aide, died yesterday of injuries suffered in an auto crash in Dover, N.H., where she had moved about 14 months ago. Mrs. Chernow-Niemir died at 1 PM in a Dover hospital of injuries she sustained Thursday when her car collided with another vehicle on Route 107 near her home, her sister, Hinda Russo of East Mrs. Chernow-Niemir Farmingdale, said. In October of 1979, Mrs.

Chernow-Niemir, while residing in Hempstead, is believed to have been the first person in the state to have Death Notices ALBRECHT-Robert suddenly on January 10, 1983, of Seaford.
